Mosaics

Mosaic wall hangings are my most recent addition. I love working with the mixed media of tile and glass, with the added challenge of incorporating dishware into many of my pieces. The mixing of media gives them a unique look that you won’t find anywhere else. You will never see the same piece twice, and there is always something new to create!

The pieces utilizing dishware are intended to serve as succulent planters. For display purposes, I often fill them with artificial succulents, however any of them can be replaced with live plants if desired. All of my mosaic pieces are sealed in an epoxy resin, so there is no need to worry about damage to the piece when watering or adding soil to the cups. Much of my materials are sourced from second hand and thrift stores, giving them a second life.
